James L. Gibbons, born 1963, is a Bermudian citizen, residing in Bermuda.
He was educated at Harrow School, England and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University in 1985.
He worked as a registered representative for Prudential Bache Securities 1985 to 1986, as Director of Gibbons Management Services Limited from 1986 to 1989, as Managing Director of Gibbons Deposit Company Limited from 1989 to 1999, and is currently President and CEO of CAPITAL G Limited and Chairman of CAPITAL G Bank Limited.
He is a member of the Bermuda Government's Monetary Advisory Committee, a member of the Bermuda Zoological Society's Advisory Board and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute.
