Hildeberto “Hil” de Frias is a partner in the firm’s property, trusts and estates practice group and has a wide ranging international and domestic private client practice encompassing the areas of trusts, wills, estate planning, estates and real property transactions. He has over 11 years of experience in a variety of private client transactions ranging from complex international private trust structures to domestic real property sales and purchases. Hil received his Bachelor of Arts degrees from York University (1990) and Keele University (1993). Also, he received his Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law (1994).           

Prior to joining Mello Jones & Martin, Hil was an associate with the firm of Smith, Barnard & Diel in Bermuda where he also completed his pupilage. He is admitted to the Bermuda Bar and is a member of the Bermuda Bar Council.
