Denis de Frias is a partner in the firm’s property, trusts and estates practice group and is responsible for the firm’s property practice. Mr. de Frias has over eight years of experience in a broad range of property transactions including condominium development, complex financing structures, residential and commercial real estate sales and purchases.
Mr. de Frias joined the firm as a pupil in 1997 and rose steadily through the ranks to become partner in 2006. Mr. de Frias received his Bachelor of Arts from York University (1994), Bachelor of Laws from the University of Kent (1996) and Diploma of Legal Practice from the BPP Law School in London (1997). Mr. de Frias has been admitted to the Bermuda Bar.
