Brad Adderley is a Partner and member of the Insurance Team within the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group. Examples of recent clients and transactions on which Brad has worked include advising: the incorporation, structure and formation of Endurance Specialty Insurance Ltd. capitalized at $1.2 billion and other class 4 insurers; advising on registrations on the NYSE; the amalgamation of US corporations with Bermuda exempt companies; the formation and structure of numerous life companies along with their policy documents and segregated account structures; the Freisenbruch-Meyer Group in relation to ACE Bermuda Insurance subscribing for shares in the Freisenbruch-Meyer Group; advising on numerous private and public offerings (bonds, notes, etc.); and the formation and structure of numerous rent-a-captive companies along with the supporting documents.

Brad joined the Insurance Team as a Corporate Attorney in October 1997.

Brad graduated from the University of Wake Forest, North Carolina in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a minor in French. He gained his Diploma of Law and passed the legal Practice Course in 1995 & 1996 at The College of Law in Guildford, England. Brad was called to the Bermuda Bar in January 1998.
