Belinda Chiaramonte has been an HR professional for over 12 years. Her senior management and consulting experience includes job evaluation, market based salary structures, performance management, organizational design and compensation design including incentive and equity-based plans. Belinda has also acted as business lead for the implementation of HRIS systems and has implemented the automation of equity plan administration.

Prior to becoming a Partner in HR Associates in 2002, Belinda’s career began as Assistant Operations Manager for Bacardi International before moving to the US and working in a combined operations/finance role for LD Foods. She was instrumental in implementing a new production plant for LD Foods.

In 1995 she returned to Bermuda as Compensation Manager for The Bank of Bermuda. Her responsibilities expanded over the next five years to include global HR programs and policies and all aspects of human resource management for the Bermuda office.

Belinda is the practice leader for the HR Associates division. HR Associates amalgamated with Turso in 2005 to form Bermuda’s largest employment services company, Expertise Limited. As a Partner of Expertise, she is responsible for overseeing premises as well as the sales and marketing aspects of the group.

Belinda earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Boston University, her MBA from Northeastern University, and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources(SPHR).
