Conyers Dill & Pearman - Trust and Private Client appointments

Conyers Dill & Pearman welcomes one back into the fold and appoints another two with the addition of two lawyers to the Trust & Private Client Department, and the new Head of Codan Trust Company Limited, the firm's affiliated Trust Company.
Nicholas Johnson returns to the firm in the Bermuda office as a senior attorney in the Trust & Private Client department. Nicholas originally joined the firm in 1991, becoming a Partner in 1996. He resigned from the Partnership in 2002 to return to university to complete a Masters in Divinity.
Nicholas graduated from the University of London, England (LL.B), he was admitted as a barrister in England & Wales in 1984 and in Bermuda in 1991.
Nicholas is a member of the Inner Temple, London and the Bermuda Bar Association, and is a Commissioner for Oaths.
Also on the Trust side David Sussman has joined as the Head of Conyers Dill & Pearman's affiliated Codan Trust Company Limited.
David has over 19 years experience in the international financial services arena. He has lived and worked in five countries and has played a significant role in the development and execution of strategy at several of the world's premiere banks and trust companies.
A qualified lawyer in Ontario, Canada and Bermuda, David has served as General Counsel to Wood Gundy Inc, one of Canada's largest Investment Banks and to Bank of Bermuda Limited. He has subsequently held senior management roles with Coutts, UBS and Franklin Templeton.
David is a frequent speaker at industry trade gatherings and has published numerous articles on topics of interest to the international private banking, trust and investment community.
David holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
Henry Moss joins as an associate, also in the Trust & Private Client department in Bermuda. Henry joins Conyers Dill & Pearman after 6 years with Withers LLP in London where he was a member of the International Trusts team within the Wealth Planning group.
Henry graduated from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland in 1999 before obtaining his LLB in 2001 from the College of Law, London. He was admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales in 2003.
