A 20-year-old Devonshire woman was injured after being assaulted by three other women at a nightclub.
The incident happened on March 21, shortly before 1:45am at Level in Hamilton.
She claims she intervened in an argument between her friend and three other women in the club bathroom.
She was then pushed in the back by one of the women and the other two began punching her in the face.
She fought back but was overpowered and fell to the floor.
All four women were thrown out of the club by the management but the victim was attacked again outside the club.
She received two black eyes, a bruised nose, multiple scratches on her neck, a busted upper lip, swelling on the left side of her face and an open wound on the arch of her left foot.
