A memorial service for former Governor Major General Sir Desmond Langley will be held on Wednesday, April 30 April at St. John’s Church, Pembroke.
The service will begin at 4pm and all who wish to celebrate his life are invited to attend.
Sir Desmond’s widow, Lady Flick Langley, is expected to attend the memorial service in Bermuda.Sir Desmond died peacefully at his home in England on February 14.
His funeral service was held in England on March 7.Sir Desmond was Bermuda’s Governor and Commander-in-Chief between 1988 and 1992.
