Housing Minister David Burch will meet winners of the Southside housing lottery tomorrow night.
The meeting, which will not be open to the public, will provide the winners with a progress report on the delayed Harbour View Villas project.
The $10.5 million affordable housing scheme has been delayed by a number of setbacks.
Initially, 196 homes were planned but this was later reduced to 108.
Bermuda Homes for People, which developed the scheme, was declared insolvent in 2005, creating uncertainty about the future of the project.
